We process your data based on: (a) your consent, (b) the necessity to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), and (c) our legitimate interests in improving the Service. Data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States and other regions where our cloud providers operate.

For users in California (CCPA)

7. Children's Privacy

Dietlytics is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
